Are you transferring the videos through pc suite? if not then do so. the pc suite will convert the video to a format compatible with your phone.

Hi, I recently bought an usb2.0 Data Traveler 101drive made by Kingston. I copied as instructed in the website. If i tried playing that files in other media or computer, the files are missing in the usb...

There is a compatibility issue with regards to the format of the files you are copying.

1. My question is what media or players are you using from the pc where you copy the files?
2. What media / players are you using when you tried to play the files that you copied.

The media player installed in your system may not support the format of the files that you copied.
It is best to convert files to the format supported by your player.
Or it is advisable to use different player like IVIVO and Total Video Player to install in your pc and use it as your player.

Hope it Helps

Hi, I am using nokia 6303 mobile while copying the file to PC, the file fomate got changed after that that folders are not opening how ca i get the old file formate

Hi, you can still get the file back, only try and know what format the file was and get the software, install it on your PC and you can be able to view it.
Or you can copy it back to the phone and view or know the file format on your phone.

Hope it helps.

Copying MP3 files to phone.

I think the problem is with the music, because some phones does not accept some kind of music, i mean the format: WMA, MP3, WAV, I suggest you to go back to the phone's book and search for what format of music your Mp3 cellphone Accept..

Memory stick

If you are using a PC to upload files onto your phone, here is the folder structure:

- "DCOM" folder, contains the photos that are taken by the camera of the phone.
- "MSSEMC" folder has a "Media Files" subfolder. You can organize your multimedia files here.
"audio" folder = Menu > File Manager > Sounds
"image" folder = Menu > File Manager > Pictures
"video" folder = Menu > File Manager > Videos
"theme" folder = Menu > File Manager > Themes
"other" folder = Menu > File Manager > Other
"webpage" folder = Menu > File Manager > Web pages
- Otherwise, if you create any folder in the Root directory of your memory card and put the files in it, the phone should recognise the types of files and you should be able to reach the files from:
Menu > File Manager > "Choose Media Type"

Hope this helps,
