If you cannot login as a user with administrative rights to change the administrator's password then -
You can remove or change the Windows User oradministrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access todownload the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot upthe laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CDwhich contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removalprogram. Click on one of these links todownload HIREN'S BOOTCD :- http://www.hirensbootcd.net/

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Cannt get pass adminastrator password

Ask her for the password. It is imperative!

Lost Windows password:

  • Login as Administrator. Try with no password (load safe mode if you don't see Administrator). Press F8 during boot to access Safe Mode. XP only.
  • Login as other user (if other user is available) and manage users. Must be an administrator.
  • Reformat computer.
  • Use 3rd party software to remove password. Like http://www.top-password.com/reset-windows-password.html
  • Free software option would be Hirens Boot CD. This one is command prompt only. http://www.hirensbootcd.org/ Must follow instruction exactly.

If it's the BIOS password then no, only a Toshiba dealer can reset it. If it's a Windows password then use this

Forgot my adminastrator password

You should be able to restart the computer and upon restart start tapping the F8 key to go into Safe Mode. Once you are in, you should be able to clear the password, restart normally into Windows and you should not be prompted for the password.

Someone has went n and changed my adminastrative password

You need to have atleast another Administrative Account on your Machine in order to change password of an Administrator.
Without that , then you may have to format & reinstall your OS, and specify new Admin account & keep it damn hard for safety purpose ;)

Wife forgot her adminastrator name and password

Hmm there are two ways. 1- At startup press F2 (maybe f12?) takes you to setup. From there you should be able to set your own passwords. 2 - At the login user name screen log into admin and change her password from users, under control panel. If you cant log unto admin, if her's is the only account, try pressing crtl+alt+dlt mutiple times together. Hope this helps, keep me updated.
