Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

My iphone have had this issue for the 3rd time now. When i slept this was totally okay and working and switched on. When i woke up it wouldn't show me the display and seems dead but when i try to call on my iphone from the other number it was constantly ringing. I was like totally worried and then i tried the hard resest and it worked fine. I was thinking of changing it this time round as the previous 2 times i went to this mobile shop and he revived it but would not tell me how he did it. I need suggestions. What could be the problem here ? It all of a sudden switches off display and doesn't turn on. is it the jailbreak problem and the software problem, or are there any hardware issues? please tell me ill be waiting for your replies people. Thank you.

Have you tried plugging it into the pc to see if the phone lights up? It sounds like a software problem rather than a hardware problem, maybe a cracked app you have installed that is disabling the revive process of the phone, hence why your display is not illuminating, Have you noticed any problems with the display before this happened,If the phone connects to the pc and doesnt light up, but itunes recognises it, then i would backup your phone and then try restoring your firmware, you will need to download a copy of your firmware that you have on your phone, that can be found by click settings > general > about look for the firmware version and the code that comes after it in brackets then go here and download it click the drop down menu and select the firmware that matches your current firmware and then when its downloaded (remember where it saves it to) open itunes click on your iphone in itunes and then press shift and keep it pressed and click on restore then using the window that has opened go to where you downloaded the firmware and select it then let it restore. Once its restored rather than restoring your back up i would jailbreak it again and then restore your backup.

hey. i would try doing that tomorrow. one of my friends know how to back up and jailbreak the iPhone. but when my iPhone doesn't illuminate i tried it connecting to my pc and itunes didn't recognize it. but anyway since it is switched on now as i held both the home screen button and the lock button simultaneously for like 20 seconds and it started working again. however i'd try to re jailbreak it and then back up and see if it works. none the less, thankyou! :)

IPhone shows recovery mode cannot start the phone

Your iPhone is stuck in DFU Mode.
Try this way:
1. Hold Power and Home button at the same time for exact 10 seconds
2. Release Power button while keep holding Home button.
If it does work, you can refer to this tutorial to use 3rd party software to do it automatically.

Optiplex 755 blinking amber light, simple solution, I'm no IT professional.

If the power light is blinking amber, the computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist.A power supply or system board failure has occurred. Try to isolate the problem by removing or disconnecting all cards, i.e. video, sound cards and disconnecting CD/DVD and hard drives.

Have you try to do a hard reset by simultaneously press on both Home and Turn off button. It can be a system crash. other way, you can try to plug your iphone to a PC and use "tiny umbrella" or others to exit recovery mode.

I guess it's the settings. If it is not used it will be on stand by mode and automatically locked. Just like on computer it will hibernate. :) You just have to figure out how to wake it up.

My Iphone wont turn on

If you are comfortable with opening devices you can take a multimeter to the battery. If the phone doesn't turn on if you battery has 3.7V or more you have a logic board issue. Oh, did you do a hard reset yet? Press menu and sleep/wake button together for 5 sec. If after all revival attempts you still don't get it to turn on It's usually an issue with the logic board, so ultimately if you want to resolve it, the logic board needs to be replaced. There are iPhone Repair guides that show you how.

Turn on problem

Some times, the charging cable from the laptop will not charge a fully depleted battery. If you have not already done so, try charging it using the wall charger that came with the phone.

Hope this works!
