Question about Cell Phones
I recommend trying a battery from another phone of the same model, replacing the battery, or depending on what kind of deal you can get, replacing the phone altogether. Take the phone in to the point of purchase and they should be able to help. Also verify that the charger is not damaged, and that the outlet that the charger is plugged into is providing electricity.
