You'll need to call your cellular service provider and request Tech Support assistance. Once they verify that you are the owner of the phone, they'll provide you with a Master Unlock code which you'll enter on your phone's keypad. They'll walk you through it.
Then, you'll be able to choose another PIN for the phone.
