If you have a recovery-disc you could do it that way or you could do it with a Windows Disk.

Tips for a great answer:
When you turn it on, as soon as the very first screen appears press F11.
Than it should take you straight to factory restore settings. P.S.
This will delete everything it so safe your stuff in Hard drives or flash drives.
