Question about HP LaserJet 4350 Printer
This is likely a failed fuser unit that will need to be repaired or replaced depending on page count. You can remove the fuser to look and see how it is. Unplug printer, turn printer around so that you are facing the back. Open the back where you would normally open to either remove jams or have straight path printer. Where that door swings on the left hand side there is a finger notch. Press in and remove the back door. On either side of the fuser is a blue latch. Squeeze these and pull on the fuser. Look into the fuser from the side where paper goes in and check the condition of the upper brown roller. If it is dirty and toner and it looks like there is toner baked on it then is definietly the cause of your problem. If your page count is over 150,000 I would just go ahead and install a maintenance kit in the printer.
