Are you sure this is a 1035?

Its going to be tough to set everything back that way because of the way the codes are designed. Is there something specifically you need changed?

SC352 Indicates ID Sensor/Pattern edge detect Error 3. If its a color machine, then it's a Magenta TD ensor failure.

Usually If you need to change the developer roller you should change the developer as well. Once that is done, then you go into service mode and calibrate the developer and initialize the TD sensor.

Did you change the developer?

The lot number comes from a code that is on the developer bag itself. However I have never the number on the bag. I've been told that you can put any six digit number you want to in there and it will initialize it.

I took the laser box out on my 1035 ricoh aficio and cleaned it out but I also took off the switch do I have to recalibrate this some how? error sc322 keeps coming up. Thanks Again Todd

No calibration, but make sure the mirrors are set back correctly and that the polygon mirrors are squeaky clean. Even a fingerprint will make it go wacky.

Aficio 1035 web interface user name and password

The Default factory passwords are not what you have listed. They are the following:
User name: administrator
Password: password (or possibly leave blank)

Give that a try.

However, the web interface isn't all that special on this older model anyway. All you need to program are the Ip address, and subnet mask, as there is no scan to email function, and the scanning can only be done via a software, that you won't have, and is getting difficult to find, because it is no longer supported, and just as complicated to configure should you find it ("Scanrouter V2 Lite" is the name ) as opposed to direct scan to folder. By the way this scanning software is NOT Vista compatible should you find it.
If you can't log into the web interface....on the machine, go to "user tools', "system settings", Interface settings", and set your IP address and subnet mask...that's it.

Please rate response :)

Ricoh Aficio 1035 from Networked Unit to Stand Alone

There is a service code to disable the key counter. I'll have to look it up. If you are not connected to a network, you can still use the copier without being hooked up to one. That is just a warning message. You can clear it out by pressing user tools counter. Select interface and set all ip addresses to 0.0.0.0.

My Ricoh Aficio 1035 is not seeing the network

You will need to assign a new appropriate IP address for the machine under "user tools" system settings", "Interface settings", "Ip address".
Then create a new tcp/ip port for the printer, and point the old driver to this. Scanning may require additional work -perhaps a tech, to reconfigure the scanner. Your probably using the "scanrouter" software?

Ricoh Aficio 1045 User Key

Someone locked the machine out. You can a hold of who your purchased it from to see if they can give you the key operator code to unlock it.

I can give you the service code to restore it but there are several steps involved in doing that.

If the first option doesn't work, let me know and I'll look up the service program to disable the key codes.

TravelMate 530 CMOS Battery

You BIOS setup at the time of bootup should have a reset to factory settings. However if it requires a password you may have trouble getting into it.

Some notbooks have a battery you can pull off the motherboard to reset it back to factory settings. It usually is a small lithium battery.
