1996 econoline fuse/relay locations for fuel pump

Open the hood and look for the engine control fuse box. On the inside of lid it should tell you which one is the fuel pump relay.

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

check under the hood, almost below the master cylinder, there should be another fuse box located there,, the model makes a difference, (E150,250,350)

on some models that fuse is ecm bat.and they have relay to.............

look under your hood it should be in the fuse block there

CHECK FOR POWER AT FUEL PUMP CONNECTOR AT FUEL TANK

First check the fuse in the fuse box. Then the relay under the hood. If they check out then you have a bad electric fuel pump. its located inside the fuel tank.

The fuel pump relay is in the black box under the hood by the battery. #22 (fuel pump - PCM) & #27 (fuel pump) are for the fuel pump.


It says there is a 15 amp fuel pump circuit fuse in the interior fuse panel on the dash panel by the drivers knee location. I could not find it but here is the picture.

The fuel pump power on the Windstar is controlled by a component called a Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).
Its located located on the driver's side of the engine compartment.
