Question about SanDisk Clip+ MP3 Player
Have you try on another port? If yes, you may try to uninstall your device from Device Manager
(Right click on My Computer Icon, find the hardware tab and select device manager).
Follow this step: 1. Attach your device to PC and go to the Device Manager. 2. Find ALL icon with the yellow exclamation mark, right click on it and choose to uninstall. 3. Select YES on ANY warning box. 4. Restart your PC. 5. Now you can attach your device again. 6. You may asked to install driver for your device. Just click yes/next and continue the installation.
