Hi, once the drum gets stuck in the machine and you can't remove it, it is advisable you leave it and call in the service technician who would have to dismantle so part of the machine and bring out the drum because if you continue trying to remove it yourself, you will end up damaging a part of the machine which will cost you alot to fix..

Riso rp3700 drum is stuck

Assuming that it is still in the locked position. Open the top and observe the position of the drum. Rotate the drum the normally locked position. i.e. The master clamp on the drum is in about the 2 O'clock position. Put in test mode, enter 556 and push start. That may release the drum.

I have a Riso GR 3750 and have a T 2 and T1 error and can not pull out the drum (we don't get a green light) we also tried shutting down while holding the reset button to no avail. when we accidentally...

The syncronicity of feeding mechanism and drum is lost. The sound was the jumping of the toothed belt.
Seems that the stripping finger or the blower is stuck in the clamp mechanism blocking the drum moving forward. This problem can be caused by a worn rubber reel. So the stripping finger is not lifted enough any more.
Remove the back cover. Locate and check the rubber reel running at the excenter of the print drum. Do not turn the machine in forward direction till this is solved. Else you may damage the clamp mechanism.
To restore synchronicity you have to remove tension of the toothed belt by loosening the 3 screws around the paper feed clutch. Turn the mechanism clockwise and fix a screw temporarily in this position. Now it should be easy to lift the toothed belt over a tooth, moving a bit, and so on. You have to move the drum driving mechanism till the sensor there meets the small hole. At this position the sensor at the paper feed mechanism should match the cutted semi-circle. Synchronicity restored. Restore tension at thoothed belt and test.

Hello we have a RISO GR 3770 - and the cloro drum is stuck in the machine. the green light is not on. how can we get the drum out?

Open front door. If you look at the metal housing below the drum you will see a plate mounteg with two screws. Get it off and you will see a small lever. Turn it right to loosen the drum. Be extremely careful when pulling out the drum. If the drum is not in zero-position it might be a bit difficult (e.g. have a look at the master clamp). Please note that it may be difficult to insert the drum again.

Asoon as i turn on my copier sereis it displays code p-96-569

This error code means either the print drum color information or ink category information is not input. Easy fix.
Make sure the drum in the machine has ink in it. It must be the correct ink for use in an EZ. Start into test mode by turning the machine on while holding down the left and right arrows for the print position. Hit the "C" key to clear out display. Should read 0000. Type in 590, then hit start. Type in 557, then hit start.
Machine will load information from the ink bottle into the machine and rotate a few times.
Once it stops, turn off and back on to get out of test mode. All set!

Drum stuck RISO RN2235ui

Hi,
assuming you have a RN machine
you should of removed the master on the drum by hand if it was not used for more than a couple of weeks, and wipe dry under the clamp.
To get the drum out, hinge up the top of the machine over the top of the drum there is another small door, it hinges up like the top of the machine.
At this point ensure that the drum is in the home position i.e the clamp of the drum is at 12:00 (on top). if not turn drum to that point by hand.
Then try the button again to release the drum. If that fails there is a small **** under the drum at the front door area. there is a catch there that holds in the drum which you can move to the side with a flat screw driver.

Riso gr 3750 error T14

Means a clamp error. Inspect the clamp on the drum to make sure it moves smoothly and that that clamping mechanism in the back of the machine works as well.

Riso GR3750 T1 error Drum Jam

The hook is located just above the power supply once the back cover is off. Also there is a drum release centered under the drum that a screwdriver can disengage.
