You may have the higher capacity sd card, you will need to buy the usb dongle that supports the larger capacity chips. they are about 8 to 10 dollars US. If you have a card slot on your computer, you could try putting your SD card in there and that might work.

I had to completely unscrew and disassemble the printer then cut or break the piece of plastic from the removable ink cassette that was blocking it from being removed. See attached pic.1_3_2013_5_05_41_pm.jpg

The printer is not pulling the photo paper from the cartidge what can I do

Are you putting the paper on the front tray? The selphy takes the paper from the front all the way out the back before it starts printing. If it doesn't go in, you may need to clean the roller in the front with a damp towel so it can grab better.

I want to print wallet size picturws on my canon picture printer...how do i do that?

The printer can only take 4x6 paper, so you have to choose wallet size in your printing software and print 2 on a page and then cut them out.

Canon CP760 will not recognize images. I loaded

hi,
you can try picasa-the free photo software by google to do all simple photo editing. after editing directly print the photo from the program(rather than transfering to sd card) as this will reduce chances of non-recognition by printer.
cheers

Canon selphy cp760 photo printer will not print on my computer

Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
