Unplug your PS3 and it's modem for a minute, unplug, try again.

Try updating it by using your PC and a USB flash drive. Follow the instructions on the Playstation webite under the update quick click button on their main page.

Error code 8002f149 keeps coming up after the system trys to update

Hard boot the PS3, turn off the PS3 to stand-by, flip off the back switch and remove the power cord. Then shut off your modem/router, for about 5 minutes, then turn the modem back up first and let it sync, then turn the router back on(if using one) and let it sync. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back switch up again. Then make a new network connection.

Error 8002f149

This is an update error. You should have gotten this error while trying to update your system. The easiest way to resolve that I've found is to powercycle (unplug and leave off for about a minute) your modem/router as well as your PS3 and try updating again.

POST errors forcing server to crash

Its best you log a case with HP support. If your system is still under warranty or if you bought support along with the system, they will fix the problem for you.

Playstation 3 Trophy information and sign in problems

Hi,

Don't worry. There is a huge problem occurring right across the board at this very moment with the PSN Network. Some consoles are not synchronising properly due to an internal clock error which is causing problems exactly like you describe. It is expected that Sony will soon have this resolved.

For a full breakdown please look at this FixYa Tip.

If the solution helps, please leave a vote for it. Thanks.

to fix it..........
updating the device driver for the faulty device

1st) To update the driver, select the System option from the Control Panel.
2nd) In the System Properties dialog box, select the Hardware tab,
3rd) select the Device Manager button.
4th) Scroll through the Device Manager window and identify the faulty hardware device.
5th) Right-click on this device and then select the Update Driver command. Next, follow the screen instructions to update the driver of the selected device.
