By removing the battery can blank BIOS password.
If Windows log on password, just create a Windows password reset bootable cd/dvd/usb to reset your password. By using this tool Windows Password Breaker, or Ophcrack.

You can try removing the battery and unplugging the power cable for 5 mins. Tried to restart laptop and log in.Make sure that numlock and caps lock is enabled if needed.I hope that you have a good back-up of file. in case this wont work forgotten windows password will lead you to re-install windows.
