Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
Internet providers don't have anything to do with printing documents to a printer. Are you sure the printer is installed correctly? Try turning the printer all the way off...then shut the computer down. turn the printer back on...once the printer has gone through all of its startup processes then turn the computer back on and try to print again. if it still doesnt work, go to start, control panel, devices and printers and make sure the printer is showing up with a checkmark on it. Otherwise, post back and we will try other measures. Good Luck

O.K. first go to
do you see your printer there? is it highlighted? does it have a checkmark?
if it's not there then you have to install it in Printers and faxes add a printer.
If if not highlighted then right click on it and "set as default"
then place your mmose over it and see if it says "ready" or offline
if it's offline then the connection is wrong, leave mouse over printer and change connection it should change to 'ready"
