Question about Washing Machines
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, unfortunately you do not mention the make and model. I'm amazed that the technician is not supplying the replacement. He is supposed to be in the best position to order one and surely that is an integral part of his repair task? Anyway, assistance follows;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number and the description of the part.
Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.
I still think it is shocking that the Service Supplier is not handling this for you, but that is my opinion!
