Hi, Ryan before testing any electrical component in the Starter Circuit it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test because your battery may have 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amps causing the battery to be faulty and must be replaced, especially "AGM" batteries.
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter.
4. Bank angle sensor needs a reset or is faulty.
5. FOB battery low or dead.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.
9. Security alarm needs a reset.
10. Starter relay, solenoid or starter circuit wiring faulty.
11. Starter armature or field coils have failed.
12. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
13. The electric starter is working but starter clutch has failed.
14. Check for engine trouble codes.

Go under and jumper the solenoid wire to the positive batter cable at the starter and see if it cranks over, if it does the startwer sub solenoid may be defective, it is near the battery and the positive cable goes to it from the battery and then out to the stater.

Lower rear of engine, I think on the passenger side. Follow the red battery cable to it.
It could be the starter gear (bendix), or might be the solenoid contacts are sticking closed. You have the fender mounted relay (solenoid), do you not? May need to replace or check both.

I have an completely dead car battery and i need to know which setting is required in order to use the 2/15/125amp starter charger?

Disclaimer - I accept no responsibility for anything I say here. I may be wrong, so use your judgement on taking my advice.
Advice - First try the web and/or the manufacturer for the manual for the charger - if that fails, what I'd do for myself is...

125 for starting the car (ONLY, not charging the battery) 15A for charging dead/low battery 2A for maintaining battery
If 125 doesn't start the car, I'd call AAA

Starter is good. but still no noise when key turns over.

rhere is a small wire and a large wire at the starter. you can use a jummper wire and jump from one wire to the other if you have voltage at the big wire it should crank over if the startwer is good. if not you have other issues with the starting system.
