It can be the problem. You want be sure you have the ink cleaned out of that area . The block should slide out easily. Look and see if there is ink laying under the block and also under the waste tray.
The 07,007 code is more from the process control motor. That drives the maintenance kit up and down into position to clean the drum.
if there is ink in that area the maintenance roll with not move properly. Also there are small holes in the process drive motor frame that must align with the holes in the gears for it to work properly.
It is a clear plastic frame, you can also see the holes in the gears which can be pinned with paper clips. When re installing the motor assembly make sure the arrows on the bottom of the assembly align. Its not hard. 4 tors screws and remove the wires running across it. I have seen that gear chain be out of timing a few times.

Xerox WorkCentre C2424: turned on, runs thru tests, initializing and then shuts off and starts the cycle again. The cycle continues but never resolves.

1. Power machine off and wait until completely off. 2. unplug power cord from wall. 3. with power cord STILL DISCONNECTED turn machine on and off again. 4. WAIT 60 SECONDS 5. plug power cord back in and turn back on
If this does not resolve the issue call for service.
Hope it helps!

Xerox c2424 fault code 37,008.44:54093

There are two things. I most likely suspect that the print head wiper blade has stuck to the print head. Very common problem after a power failure.
Not sure how I didnt see your post before now. But if your still having that problem let me know, I can tell you how to fix it.

White lines will not go away in our Xerox C2424

Since you have done all that. That tells me you almost certainly have a bad print head.
They will clog or sometimes the jets get damages and it becomes impossible to pass ink through them.
I would say a bad print head is about a 99 percent probability.

Xerox workcentre c2424 error code

One of two things most likely.
1. The wiper blade is stuck to the print head,or 2, The print head blosk has a lot of spill over ink built up in it.
That code is caused by the inability of the print head to move properly. Either left to right or pivot front to back to get into the print position.
You have to remove the covers to access the stainless steel print block. It is located about 2/3 of the way back on the lower left side of the frame. It is a one inch by one inch square block that may have a lot of buildup of spill over ink in it. If the wiper is stuck you have to remove the ink loader , where you add the ink sticks , to access the area between the print head and drum, It is a pink blade the is between the drum and print head, it wold be stuck to the print head not allowing it to move. Just carefully unstick it from the print head

Workcentre c2424 is showing system error 39,003.40:117010

That is a document feed or scanner fault. Often times it is simply that molex connector working loose. It is the connector mounted vertically next to the main power cord on the right rear side of the machine. That bottom screw can be dificult to tighten. What I would try first is to shut the machine off, unscrew and disconnect that conntecot totally then firmly slide it in and get both the top and bottom screwss tight. Like I said, the bottom thumb screw can be hard to tighten even with a screw driver because it is a pretty soft rubber the tighteners are made out of.
If that doesnt work. go to the back and disconnect the document feed to scanner cables and reconnect. Other than that, you pretty much have to replace the feeder/scaner assembly since very very few parts are spared for that .

CODE 07 10 43 61074 FOR WC C2424

That is a print head positioning fault.
Normally caused by 2 things. One or the other.
There is a stainless steel pivit block on the lower left side of the frame. It gets spill over ink in it and the print head does not move properly.
The Print head wiper also sticks ot the print head due to improper shut down or a power failuer
