Question about TP-LINK TL-R480T+ Broadband Router 2xWAN, 3-port 10/100 Switch, Supports Load Balancing
I'm a user 4 the same load balance product, your 2 ADSL lines must have difrent IP with difrent submask than the IP you assigned 4 TP Link-TL R480t+ (10.0.1.1 in Ur case), lets say 1st line connected to the Line through a Dlink router has an IP 192.168.1.1, this will be WAN1, its config will be as follows:
WAN Port: WAN1
WAN Connection type: Static IP
IP Address: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
Defult Gateway: 192.168.1.1
MTU Size : 1500
Pri DNS: (add the DNS here)
Sec DNS : (add the DNS here)
the second line shuld be the same way with difrent IP & difrent subnet (for example IP=192.168.2.2, Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0 - for the router connected to the 2nd line IP 192.168.2.1 which will be the defult gatteway for WAN2)
hope this answers your question

There are a number of bugs that are fixed in the latest firmwares.
You can get the firmware updates at
I'm assuming you're using the load balancing feature here...lol...when you called it a router rather than a load balancer, it threw me off for a second with the 2X wan !
You'll need to look at the little diagram on the page to see if you have a ver 1, 2, 3 or 4 before you update the balancer / router.
You've probably run into an issue where you are getting ports assigned that the router needs for itself, and the new firmware addresses that along with many other little bug fixes (at least the ver 3 does).
If the firmware update doesn't do it for you, please don't hesitate to either reply to this post, or post a new problem...but if you make a new post, please remember that I likely won't be picking it up, and whoever does, will know nothing of the information here, so you will have to provide all information again in the new post.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
