Check your breaker, turn it FULLY off and back on, and test again. Verify for full air flow outside of the building, the same volume as when the hose is off of the back of the dryer... Air flow restriction will trip thermal limiters, and turn off heat.

Hi i have a hotpoint tcm condenser dryer and dosnt seem to dry my clothes anymore?

You need to clean all the fluff out of the dryer, the heat exchanger gets fluffed up, the fan gets fluffed up.I am assuming that the dryer is getting hot?

Hi I am having issues wiyh my dryer. I works but dosnt heat

Either your breaker tripped it is the double breaker if one side trips it will run but won't heat, Next it could be one of your thermal cutoffs or you have a bad element. Good luck. I will hope for a tripped breaker.

You have a bad thermal fuse and cycling thermostat. You can buy them ina a kit. When the cycling thermostat goes out the dryer cycles on the thermal fuse (High limit) until it goes out causing the dryer to not heat. You can take the back off and look for them. There are two different thermal fuses. One type is round on and looks like other pieces in the back, only smaller around. About the size of a dime. The other is 1/2" wide and 2" long. Both have two wires. You can test and see by unplugging the machine, connecting the two wires going to the piece together. Tape them together so they touch no metal. Now plug machine in and try. DO NOT OPERATE MACHINE WITH PIECE BYPASSED. THIS IS FOR TESTING ONLY.
Please rate solution if helpful.

Roper gas dryer does not heat.

If the ignitor is not powering , go to the switch. That has to send power to the ignitor, then on to the gas valve.
