SOURCE: The stem of my Vicence watch seems to be broken as

Doesn't sound like the stem is broken. Sounds more like the the setting lever is in the wrong position. If this is the case it's easily fixed and shouldn't cost too much.

Well, thats a good watch. however, based on the conditions of your watch, probably, its battery is not dead. some of its mechanism were not in place or broken. Repairing it is advisable. Afterall it has no scratches like what you've said. So go for repair men!

Hello, I have a Tissot Veloci-T watch, purchased about 10 days ago, and I'm not sure if there is a mechanical problem or just merely a battery issue. The hour and minute hands do not sync up on...

The list of problems is impressive and if you still have the proof of purchase, it should go back to Tissot for repair or replacement. It shouldn't matter where you bought it, so long as you can prove that it is within the warranty period.

(It sounds as though it has been dropped onto a hard surface)

If you haven't got any proof of purchase, then you will have to pay for any repairs.

Their web site is "" but I was unable to trace your watch by the name given.

Their range is very large, so I wasn't able o look at every watch but I noticed that each type of watch has a number AANNNNN. This number should be on the back of your watch.

If you can't find it either, you may be able to get an opinion on authenticity by visiting a stockist, which you can locate via the web site.

The second hand is not moving

Got the same problem guys. i have one of the new electronic diving eco drives.
First time i managed to get it going again, by forcing all the hands to the top for diving mode, then back to normal, this action ´nudged´the minute hand back into motion, but a little later it stuck again at the same spot.
I guess mines going back to the factory, and i´m gonna b watchless for a few weeks :(
