HI, i purchase a 2 years product care plan on 04-21-2010 for a DSI and now have a problem with his product, how can I do to solve this cause I'm went to the Walt mart store were this be buyed and tell me about a web page were we have to file a claim... could you help me to make this happend. ???

If you're in the UK and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty.

I purchased my sons dsi in december of 2009.the screens are in per ferfect condition but there is a crack near the left nuckle where it opens an closes.At first the left finger trigger stopped workin now...


Not sure if the DSI would be covered because Nintendo would consider the crack as damage and I ran into the same thing with my DS and it wasn't covered by the warranty I had.

Get a hold of the store that you bought it from and see if they can help you with that. They can let you know who is covering the warranty for your DSI. There is still a possibility it might be covered so I would go find out anyway and see if you can get it replaced.

if your plan covers the screen being dropped then get your papers together and take the ipod to the apple store they might take it and repair it / replace it ...good luck

Trying to register 2 year service plan for dvd player, called the phone number it said to go to www.repairnow.com/walmart, now what do i do because it does not come up?


Had same problem, trying to register the 2 yr. service plan purchased at the same time I purchased the xbox 360. Called the 877-968-6391 service phone number, automated voice system gives you about 4 options to choose from. I did the option 1 trying to preregister the 2 yr. service plan, and it also indicated to go to the web site to register, but found no option to do so on the web site. Called back the same phone number, pressed option 3, then pressed option 4, was some how able to speak to a customer representative, who informed me that you don't have to preregister the 2 yr. service plan. She said you hang on to your receipt, your receipt should show the 2 yr. service plan number that you purchased, in the event that you have a problem with the product that you purchased, then you call the 800 service plan number shown on your receipt to get help for repairs on your purchased product. At least that's what I was told, and I hope that's the way it works, after you purchasing a service agreement for extra money!

As long as you are within your return period of 30 days on the product, you can call 1-888-BestBuy™ and ask for the Consumer Relations Department. Once there, please tell the person who answers the phone you would like to purchase a "walkaway" service plan on your unit. There is a 2 year and a 4 year option! The representative should be able to process your sale for the service plan as long as you have a major credit card. It can even be placed on your Best Buy™ card!
