I have a canon pixma i4300 when i select easy photo to print a specific photo it gives a message that the printer is off line the printer is showing active in the control panel .I can print documents and photos ok using other programms ie photoshop window etc I have tried the printer on my desktop windows xp and my also on my laptop windows vista and the same message comes up .I have a 2nd canon printer pixma i4300 which works ok on both computers thanks

1. Click on drivers and software

2. Select your operating system from the drop down menu

3. Scroll down to the software selection and download Easy Photo Print .

Reset Waste Ink Counter Canon Pixma MP210 and Canon Pixma MP220

1. Start with printer off
2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click "Power" button. green led should be on
3. hold the Power button, release Resume Button.
4. Without releasing the Power Button, double click "Resume" button and then release Both Buttons.
5. Click "Resume" for four times then click "Power" button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
6. Turn off the printer and turn on again

Check the following :
1. Check whether the printer you want to print is set as the default printer, by taking the control panel, then choose Printer and right your printer icon, then select 'SET AS DEFAULT PRINTER'.
2. Reconnect the printer cable to the PC. If that doesn't solve, replace the cable with new one.

Hi, Most Inkjets have maintenance software installed in the computer itself where the printer is attached. If you would like to try, please click on Start/Printers and Faxes/ A new window will pop up where your Canon Pixma MP500 will be shown. Right click on the Canon icon and left click on the Properties. A new window will pop up. See if there is any Utilities or Maintenance Tab. If none, try clicking on Printing Preferences. Another window will pop up. Normally this is where your Maintenance Option is displayed. Clicking on the Maintenance (sometimes they use Utilities) Tab, a list of maintenance options will be displayed. Pls follow the on screen instructions. They icons represent the action you would want done like head cleaning, alignment, roller cleaning etc. Clicking on the icon initiate the action.
