Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they are probably old and faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

hope this helps

Fan slow down and them high speed

change the fan ASAP, since the zooming noise and the slow performance will affect even the processor and you might end up replacing the processor as well if it persists. So get the fan ASAP and problem will be solved.

Processor thermal treat error while booting

Make sure that cpu fans are running normally. Go to BIOS (generally with F2 on intel motherboards), and there will be information about cpu temperature, also fan speed (in RPM). If fan speed is 0 or very low problem is in cpu fan. (connection problem might be). If cpu fan speed is normal (high value) and cpu temperature is high, I will suggest you to open your PC case (or notebook) and see whether cpu fan is dirty or not. This is very common problem. If so, clean it.

Fan continually runs at a high speed

There are a couple of things here. I am assuming you mean the cpu fan. Not sure if there is a vga fan. And the power supply, well, you have no choice here. Anyway, make sure the inside of the computer is lint free. If the heat sink is dirty (under the fan), then dissipating heat is a problem. Heat triggers the fan based on the tolerance temperatures set in the bios of the box...normally accessed via F2 or F12 on bootup. Yes you can increase those temps but this is risky...as overheating can cause instability and hardware failure.

When i power on my ibm desktop thinkcenter the cpu fan starts with a very high speed and do not proceed further.

Its Due to your Heat sink & cooling fan problem, its located on the top of the CPU. open the CPU cabinet and clean the dust, and start the computer.

Yesterday when i switched on my PC...some spark comes near cpu fan...then my ups is working properly and other accessories are working properly, but cpu alone not starting....there is no sound in...

Take a look closely at ur mobo, tell us where the spark came from? look also at the underside that may have touch the casing, check also the power connection from the PSU(Power Supply Unit) to the board connector!

1. cpu fan speed increases and runs away with its self when the computer is switched on. Seems like it its trying to cool down the processor. when the computer is switched off and the processor is checked...

its not a issue that cpu fan speed increases ...it doesnt matter much..
and for no video output it may be because of some loose connections in the cabinet of ur cpu...open the cabinet by unsrewing the screw...usually a single screw is there...then try to tight all the connections inside it...
also see if RAM chips are tightly inserted into their slots...
i think it will surely work coz sometimes i also face this no video problem and this works...

and dont forget to rate me if this works...plz....

Intel d845gvsr motherboard p4 processesor if computer is on then no display . so i see , don;t heat processor.

First open cpu cabinet.
Refix RAM memory on motherbord.
Clean dust from all parts.
Remove PCI cards from motherbord.
Open processor fan and processor then refix both.
Pull CMOS cell from motherbord for 15 minutes so all settings defaults.
Make sure your motherbord not ground with cabinet.
Then check.
If processor and circuit are heat high then put extra fan in cabinet.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
