There is no good answer for this: if you bring it to a shop you'll be told no guarantees, it could break if force it out as well as if you do.
If you are mechanically inclined: go to your printer web site, support section, for a diagram on how to remove the cover. It won't be much easier, to get the cartridge out, but it will allow you room required to get a better grip.
This has happened to me; no one (at home) will admit who did it, but it happened with an HP 4200 series, when they were first sold. All I could do was to grab it with both finger tips, of both hands, lifting and wiggling, while pulling upward. I did get it out, eventually, but it took some doing and 4 years later, its still working like new.
