If the printer will not install itself under Plug and Play, press "Start" and go to "Printers and Faxes" go to Install a new printer. Where it asks for your printer type, select "Have Disc" and put the disc in the drive (I do not see your printer listed in Windows XP) and continue the installation from there. Select it as your default printer, if you want, and print a test page. This should work for you.
