Question about Gestetner Office Equipment & Supplies

Ihave Gestetner 5327 an having a problem with the master removal. It will not eject the master from the drum. Do I need a repair person or do I need the parts.

The getsetner drum was left out over night and now is "dry"

may i know whats you copyprinter model?
do some force in simolation to pump ink on to the drum so that master will stick to the drum

A05-304 error & Top section of page cutting off

the thing might be down to an old master stuck to the drum this could cause the faint copies and the missing print.. pull the drum out check under the master.this would also cause the paper to jam on exit. the error is for no master eject check the calmp is free where it grips the master and also the path for the master eject to the waste bin

What does the error code E 01 stand for?risograph 4050

If its CR or TR, E-01 is main motor lock. turn off machine and hold reset button in while you turn the machine on again. Make sure your master removal unit and master feed unit are closed corectly.

Problem to print

i have one copier i have the same problem
clean the drum with the tissue "warning don't clean with the wet cloth or wet tissue
just use only dry!!! it may cause the drum damage on it
clean it with the dry tissue


replaced the drum
my be the drum expired due to ther amout of copies

Changing the drum on a Gestetner dsm735 copier.

Hi , when you get a new drum unit you should be fine , the cleaning blade drum and everything you will need would be in there already , you can just slide in the new one

Gestetner CP6123 giving error E12

You should check the all paper sensor, there must be a pieces of paper in some sensor and make the sensor in wrong direction. You should remove all and off the power for a while and the start to use it.
