Dell adamo 13 Laptop is dead and not powering on

I would verify you are getting the right voltage out of your AC adaptor with a meter. I believe it should be 15vdc. If you are not getting the correct voltage buy a new one off eBay and charge your battery.
If you are getting the right voltage but the unit doesn't power up, remove the battery and check its condition with a meter. If the battery is bad, you may be able to run the laptop with the AC adaptor only. Take look inside the Dell Adamo Photos Cracking open the Dell Adamo

Is there a battery in the mouse that I need to change?

The wireless mouse is a great piece of peripheral hardware that enhances the ease of clicking for dragging and dropping, copying and pasting--even scrolling A mouse with a wire will most likely always be charged, whereas a wireless mouse is battery operated; therefore, the battery will need to be changed on occasion. It's a simple process if you have the tools you need. ----- Flip your mouse over and remove the battery cover. Gently pull it up and set it down in a safe place. 8ab1230.jpg

Carefully remove each battery---- Insert the new AA batteries into the mouse. Make sure the positive and negative connectors are lined up correctly. Do not force or jam your batteries into place.----- Place the battery cover over the opening and click it into place. Flip your mouse over. If your particular mouse has a charged or not-charged display light, make sure it is showing full strength.----
This will help. Thanks please keep updated. please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya--.

My logitech V220 optical mouse won't work, I changed the batteries.

Hi three, uninstall the Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver from the laptop and then restart the laptop again. Now install that Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver again . I am sure its will start working. If not then make sure your batter Is properly fixed inside in the mouse & that's fully charged. After those thing if still not working then visit service center, because the mouse censer stop working and its damaged.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

On the wireless mouse that came with my computer(without ant info, thank u Dell)I have three lights on on the top of the receiver going on right now, two green and one red and I have no idea what there for...

their are numerous complaints about the batteries going so fast, on average were talking 2 days of complete use that's 24 hours of straight movements with the mouse before a dead battery not very impressive if this is true. test this way put fresh batteries in their. good quality batteries will work best due to their ability to release the charge under longer periods of time at the same voltage and amperage. press the button on the underside of the mouse that says connect, and press the top button the the receiver that's plugged into the computer tower. they will pair up and you will be able to use it as normal. the keyboard got a great rating. (side note: would love to know how long the batteries lasted you.)

Wireless Optic Logitech mouse performace

I had the exact same problem with my original Logitech wireless mouse that came with a wireless keyboard. I eventually figured that the button component inside the mouse wasn't making consistent contact causing unintended double clicking or dropping while dragging. I fixed it by doing some soldering to switch the left mouse button with the right mouse button, since I didn't have to use double clicking or dragging with the right mouse button. It worked pretty well for several months until the switched left button started showing the same problem again. Now my newer Logitech mouse (it's more expensive Nano wireless mouse) is having the same problem after about 1 year using it. I think there's a serious durability problem with the button component that Logitech is putting on their mice. I may do the same trick again on this mouse, but now I don't consider Logitech as a good mouse manufacturer anymore. They used to make good quality hardwares but I guess they aren't that good anymore with all those cheap Chinese suppliers for their parts. :(
