My fujitsu seimens amilo pro 3515 wont boot. I turn it on and can hear it start to do something but then nothing on screen, only the sound of the fan running. Any idea what I can do?

check if battery is good or the adapter but if you sure the fan is rotating then problem maybe on hard drive or memory if you can do it, try to re-install it memory and hard drive and clean the memory or sata, ide slot. or check the operating system maybe it crash or file corrupt.

Recovery disc

Most likely NO. Since Fujistu sell recovery disc you could probably download, from thier website. they would consider its piracy if you got it for free and not directly from them.

but it MIGHT be possible. Not Impossible.
