Sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. From what you've described, it sounds as though the issue may be the motor's thermal cutout device rather than the fuse. Most Dyson cleaners have this safety feature to stop the machine if it begins to overheat. This usually happens if the filters need washing or your machine is blocked.
