Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not go to spin or release the door lock if there is water still left inside.
Here are my complete and general pre-typed (!) guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob.

It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!

Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

None or very little water filling drum, why?

You need to check your water inlet, hoses and filters for debris build up. If you live in an area that has hard water or you have older plumbing pipes in your house, chances are that you have a build up blockage. You want to clear all the debris first and see if you can replace the gaskets on the hoses with the type that have screens on them that will help protect the washing machine. If the problem persists after you clean the debris, you may have a blockage in the machine and will have to call a service professional. Hope this helps.

No water going in machine, filter is clear

i'm going to start at the beginning-disconnect water supply from machine-run each one into bucket or wash tub to make sure supply is good and strong-make sure the little screens in the machine water valve(this is where you connect the hoses) are clean-if they have had build up(rust-scale) and machine still doesn't fill you have a bad water valve-replacing it is relatively easy-cheers Denny

My washing machine isn't spinning clothes out all the way anymore... I have to run spin cycle twice to get water all out.

often when the machine needs to be put on spin twice to remove the water you will find the is an issue with the drainige, if the waist pip is pushed to far down the drainage or if you have lint build up it will greatly reduce the amount of water that can be released when spinning leaving it in your machine so i would surgest checking you drainage & pipes first to make sure they are clear enough for the water to escape

Hope this helps

After washing my machine smells like stagnant water

First check to make sure that the machine is draining properly and that the pump filter is clear of any debris.

If the machine is a frontloader a common place for mold to build up is the rubber seal around the door. Clean this out as well as you can with ordinary kitchen cleaner then place a heaped cup of baking soda directly into the drum and run an empty hot/boil wash on a full cycle.

Baking soda has a cleaning and neutralising effect and will help remove any build up of mold or gunge within the machine. You may need to run two of these washes before you see a solid result.

Thereafter I recommend you run a monthly 'maintenance wash' with the baking soda to prevent the problem arising again.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using FixYa.

Water does come in from main line, through the soap dispenser, but then clogs up on its way into the washing machine. I think it got clogged with powder detergent, I am not sure. Water will eventually...

Hi. Yes, it sounds like the internal workings are blocked. Try pouring Hot - NOT BOILING! water into the drawer whilst the drawer is open, you may need to do this a few times! Persevere, it will eventually clear it if this is the problem. Then put the machine through a hot wash cycle, as hot a program as it has. Using the cooler wash programs is a good idea, but it does lead to a build up of Body Fats (Ugh!) and old detergent. A good really hot wash occasionally will flush and prevent this build up in the machine's internal workings and prevent a very expensive call-out charge. Once every three months or so will do the trick!. In future you may want to try using a liquid detergent, it will help to avoid the problem.....Good luck........Let me know if it works?......Cornwellnet (UK)

I am not getting any water into the drum unit when I turn on the wash cycle. I have checked the supply lines and they are working fine.

You may have a stopped up inlet screen. Turn the water off and undo the inlet hoses from the machine and see if there is build up in there. If so, clean it out, being careful not to tear screen. If that is clear, I would say that the inlet solenoid is not opening when calling for water. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Fabric conditioner drawer

Try cleaning inside the the machine where the soap dispenser drawer fits into. Sometimes this builds up with lots of soap and fabric conditioner residue and stops the conditioner from going through.
Take the drawer back out and look inside where it goes to see if there is a build up of soap etc...
hope this helps
