Pls help how to setup win xp in hp pavilion dv2000. it is not detecting hdd nor there is any option in cmos setup
F10 to enter setup,
and disable SATA native

Pls help me! i can't install win xp to my notebook hp pavilion dv2000.it is not detecting hard disk when i press enter to continue!

U will require a windows XP setup CD(bootable).U can get that on any shop or from ur freinds.Get a copy of that CD for u .During booting keep on pressing DEL and u will enter in BIOS setup there u have to change the first boot device priority to your cd device.Then it will boot from CD.and then follow the instructions
