Go to Control Panel, system icon, advanced system settings, startup and recovery, uncheck automatic restart

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, System Logs - both Application and System logs ...and look for events that occur just prior to a reboot

My acer aspire 6920g will shut down automaticly when i want to log in to my system, after the boot menu the cooler is turning off for 1 second.

When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermaloverload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is theproblem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make surethe vents are clear and dust free. Use a can of compressed air to do this.

I have recently installed windows 7 . 64. on my acer aspire 6920g have problem crystal eye webcam

Always get your drivers from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!

I hope this helps.

I can't seem to reboot my acer aspire 6920g dose anyone know how to do this as i can't work out how please help thanks stephanie

Hold down the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys simultaneously, which will open the task manager window. Select the Shut Down pull down menu and click on Restart. If this will not work as a last resort hold down your power key for approximately 5 seconds, which will hard shut down your system and lose all data from current running applications. To restart press the power button but windows may say recovered from a serious problem but the system should work again.

Window vista recovery prodeuct key for aspire 6920G

the product key is for the disc not the computer.
it will be on the green and orange sticker on the back of the case, the one with the bar code on it.
Or on a sticker on the bottom of the computer.
I hope this helps.
