I can't get my computer to connect to the internet without putting the cable in the belkin wireless router

    What type of wireless adaptor do you have on your computer?



    Are you getting a wireless signal from the router when you attempt to connect?



    Have you tried using the windows internet connection wizzard to setup your wireless connection?

You need to config your belkin wireless router to the wireless hub your trying to connect to or speak to your service provider.

Need passwword for belkin wireless router


By default, Belkin routers do not have a password,just click on Submit to log in..But you should check check your Belkin router setup documents.

If you forgotten or lost router password cannot be recovered. It can only be reset by hard resetting the router.

Belkin 54g Router won't connect to internet.


If you can access the configuration page of your belkin router you have to copy the MAC address of your computer to the router. The router has the capability to clone the MAC address. It's because if you have a cable internet connection the MAC address is registered in the server.

Cannot connect to belkin N1 wireless router


It seems like your router is configured once without any issues. Ignore that error message if you are connected with the internet. The setup couldnt find the Network adapter or the router because it is know more a factory default settings. It is been configured already

Belkin wireless 'N' with Vonage router and cable ISP modem...


Hi, since your Internet source is the ISP modem, you have to connect the cable from it to the yellow connector of Belkin router, then you can connect the VoIP router and computer to any of the ports (connectors) labeled 1-4 , remember to restart clients (PC & VoIP router) to get the new IP from Belkin router.

the red light means u havent got a connection if u have installed properly try upgrading the firmware the problem might be the routers
