Well, if you dont have access to the internet, you will have to download the drivers on another computer; from your manufacturer's website, and then copy them to your PC, using usb or CD.

On a different computer, you will need to go to the website for the computer's manufacturer and download the drivers. These are usually found under the "Support" category for most manufacturers. Download the drivers and put them on a USB (thumbdrive, flash drive) drive. Then, you'll be able to run them from the non-functioning computer right from the USB drive.

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer.
Enter your exact model number into the search bar and you should be given the option for drivers.
Select the Operation System, in this case Windows XP
Download the proper drivers you need.

If you would like, reply with the model number of your computer and I'll give you a link to the downloads page.

First try the manufacturer of your computer. However, there are many makers that didn't bother with pre-Vista drivers.

Installed some new ram now audio bus and ethernet

What kind of system are you on? Some older computers BIOS will not support more than 1 or 2 gb ram. Check the specifications of your motherboard to ensure your BIOS can see that memory.
