Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Web Camera
I installed Microsoft LifeCam (VX3000) and as a result, a window opens every time I start the computer. How can I stop the window from popping up?
FYI, the "Microsoft LifeCam - About Video Calls" window contains instructions on how to open the instant messaging program.
Here is the SOLUTION to rid yourself once and for all, of those Microsoft lifecam pop-ups
C:/program files/Microsoft LifeCam (if you didn’t understand that, read the next few lines)
Open “My Computer” then click on “Local Disk C” (or whatever your main hard disk is called)
then click on “program files” then “Microsoft LifeCam”
Create a new folder called “pop-up”
Drag the file called “LifeExp” into the folder called “pop-up”
And THAT should solve the problem.

When the window opens, look to see if there is a box with a check mark in it, usually at the bottom left. If there is then uncheck it.
Hope this helps. Bud

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
