Make a mirror fog-free. Rub a thin layer of car wax onto a bathroom mirror and buff it clean. Next time you step out of the shower, you'll be able to see your reflection without having to wipe away condensation first.
The hot side of the faucet is most likely plugged with something that came up thru the water system. The average thankless waterheater requires at least 1/2 to 3/4 gpm flow rate for the unit to sense flow and turn on. If there is not enough flow it will not fire and heat the water. Not sure about this particular unit but a few require at least one full gallon per minute flow. So chances are that if you fix the faucet, you fix the hot water issue at the same time
Sweating tank can cause moisture problems inside bathroom. Sweating is caused when incoming water temperature is hotter or colder than air temperature inside bathroom. You can verify this by not flushing tank for several hours and notice that sweating stops once water inside tank warms or cools to same temperature inside bathroom. Problem can also be cause when there is not enough ventilation inside bathroom and water on tank does not evaporate.
To solve problem: 1) Increase bathroom ventilation and add dehumidifier or fan so condensation drys. 2) Insulate interior of tank. Empty water and let tank dry. Tape off moveable parts. Use can of spray foam and insulate inside of tank. Let foam dry and cut away excess foam. 3) Add tempering tank or staging tank inside room to pre-heat/cool water before it enters tank http://waterheatertimer.org/Tempering-tank.html
Your check-valve has most likely failed at the switch. The flow check valve works by opening when you turn the water tap. When it opens it closes a switch which turns on your heating elements. When this switch fails you will still have water flow, but no heat. Titan has parts for this but you will need to call their service Dept.
