It is POSSIBLE. but would require a lot of work involving special software for recovering deleted files.

How do I delete my history

This depends on which web browser you are using.

I shall outline here how to clear history in the built in browser.
This will be very similar for other browsers too.

1. Open your browser
2. Touch menu, which is the 3 dot stacked on the task bar at bottom of screen.
3. Touch setting at bottom of the list.
4. Touch "Privacy & Security.
5. Touch "Clear History"

If you scroll down you may also "Clear form data" this will removed from memory anything you have typed while searching on the web too.

Delete a web site on iPod

The iPod Touch is an MP3 player that has the capability of surfing the web if you have a Wi-Fi connection.

The browser that is pre-installed in the iPod Touch is called Safari, and it automatically saves your browsing history.

If you want to retain your privacy, however, you must delete the web pages that you have visited. There is no way to turn off automatic saves, so delete your history manually.

It's a good idea to clear your history often in order to protect passwords and other private data.
Turn on your iPod Touch and go to the home screen.

Scroll down to the "Settings" button and tap it.
Tap on the web browser icon, which is called Safari.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Clear History," "Clear Cookies," and "Clear Cache."
Your bookmarks will stay intact.

Safari on my itouch is a gray screen, but everything else works

1) Open "Settings", then select "Safari".

2) Scroll down and click the buttons labeled "Clear Cache", "Clear Cookies" and "Clear History".

3) Hold down the power button on the top of the iPod and the round button at the bottom until it shuts off (even after the "Slide to power off" screen appears).

4) Wait for iPod to restart.

My ipod is disable for 21023384 mins how can I fix this problems

That's kinda long time! But no problem, you just have to follow my instructions on how to put your iPod touch to DFU mode and restore and this problem will be history.
Only thing though is that all data from your iPod will be deleted.

My itouch just froze...what do i do?

Try holding the sleep/wake button until the prompt comes up to turn the Ipod off. Select power off and then turn back on again. This should unfreeze it, however the problem that caused it to freeze may still exist. It might be caused by a buggy app or a shortage of memory. Try clearing the cache in settings/Safari. Clear Cookies
Clear Cache
Good Luck

Itouch safari white ghost box window

I went to Settings, Safari and turned popup blockers off, cleared the history and when I went back into Safari it was ok! I'm not sure if I should go back and turn popup blockers on now.
