Take out yout pantech battery anf reset the phone. Also depending on your phone carrier. you will need to update your signal on your phones. it is call a prefer roaming list. hope this helps

You probably do not have MMS (multimedia messaging) support with your plan. Call your cell phone company to confirm you have this feature.

HI, to get back and have access to multimedia messages, you will need to contact the service provider of the network you are using. They will be of assistance to you on how to get the multimedia message sending work again.

Well actually this should not be a question of settings... When you send a message, don't do "Send only", but "Send and save"... And voilà, you can find it in your outbox...

Texts changing to a multimedia msg

Unfortunatly there is no EASY way to fix this Problem. The only thing that you can do really is to Upgrade your Cellular Package and Add Multimedia Unlimited-This should help with this Situation though!

i have the same problem. although before that i had a multimedia plan and was able to send and receive pictures but now i just have unlimited texting. no multimedia plan.

Error Message for Multimedia Messaging

internet pay per use is off, thats the only way to send MMS files is to have the internet pay per use on your phone.

call ATT and have them turn it back on. It does not charge you anything unless you cruise the internet.
