Question about Bosch Washing Machines
Hello yf.....Let me begin by saying that this is a pretty serious problem and a costly repair. IF you are doing it yourself, first check the motor coupler. That is what attaches the motor to the transmission. You have to remove the motor to get a good look at it.
It is probably a broken motor coupler. That said, it could also be a problem within the transmission itself.
IF this washer is more than 4 years old I would not recommend repairing it. The new ones are so much more efficient that they pay for themselves within their warranty period. Joe
