Glad to HELP YOU!

As long as you didn't specify what BRAND and MODEL of wireless mouse do you have, I will point you to a web page with drivers and you will do the rest (choosing TYPE/MODEL/OPERATING SYSTEM) to be able to download the right driver. Some of the drivers are HERE.
For other BRANDS do an Internet search using Google or Metacrawler or whatever and type in the search field
"wireless mouse driver"
and see what will come up.

My best wishes!

MOUSE AND KEYBOARD FROZE UP

I'm assuming that your keyboard and mouse are wireless versions. You should therefore have a wireless controller plugged into one of the USB ports, probably at the back of the PC. Try removing the wireless controller and install it in a different USB port. The Windows operating system should detect it as a new device and attempt to install the drivers automatically.

I have a Packard Bell MG 0570T wireless mouse and I am unable to get it to connect to the PC. I didn't have any problems at all with the keyboard. Can anyone help?

I am assuming that the wireless mouse comes in two parts.
1.) A mouse that you control with your hand
2.) A USB device that communicates wirelessly with the mouse

Ensure that the USB device is plugged into your computer and that the mouse has batteries inserted into it in the correct orientation.

In the vast majority of cases, once a new piece of hardware is plugged in via USB Windows will be able to find the correct driver for it and make it work. If not it is likely that your wireless mouse came with a CD that contains the driver, ensure that this CD is in your computer as Windows may be able to automatically install the driver from it.

You'll probably need to update your mouse & Keyboard drivers to Win7 compatible.

Dell wireless mouse and keyboard-no instructions

Most Bluetooth keyboards and mice are just Plug-n-Play and does not require any driver installation. You need to isolate the problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the wireless adapter of your wireless KB and mouse is properly connected to the USB port of the computer.

2. Make sure that the USB ports of your computer are working.

3. Use fresh batteries for the KB and mouse.

4. After connecting the wireless dongle to the computer, turn on your KB and mouse (there should be an ON/OFF switch underneath).

5. Briefly press the connect button on the wireless dongle and then hold down the connect button underneath the mouse for five seconds and then release it.

6. Do the same steps for the KB.

Have a good day!

How to connect blue tooth mouse to dell inspirom 1520

Hold on... are you sure that you have a bluetooth mouse or do you have a wireless mouse with "pen drive" like dongle? If it is with a dongle, it probably is a common wireless mouse which operates on its own wireless frequecy. You may have a driver CD that comes with the mouse or it simply works "plug and play". However, there are bluetooth mouse too, in this case you just need to turn on your bluetooth on the PC and pair the mouse with your PC just like any other bluetooth device. In either case, a LAN card in not involved. Hope this helps.

Unable to connect to the synaptics pointing device driver

I am assuming that the mouse has batteries installed in it and the CD was used to install the software program for the mouse.
Did you try Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

I have a new Dell Inspiron 530s and upgraded to the S510 silver wireless mouse and keyboard. I have been unable to set the system up because I can't get the mouse to work. I called Dell and they told me...

Certainly, its true... First make your system up with wired mouse and keyboard and then try installing wireless mouse and keyboard drivers on it... it's only for first time and after that you can use your wireless mouse and keyboard as default...
