Question about Samsung Lands Phones
That is truly aggravating. I just experienced a similar thing with my phone. Call your cell phone vendor. Tell them you want the customer service number for Samsung. I got one replaced recently by NOT going through my cell provider but going straight to the manufacturer as well. It is good to have something from the web stating it is a common issue as well when dealing with them. So search online to see if you can find anything. It can be done as far as getting a replacement this way. But don't let them just tell you no. Meaning don't take no as an answer. Hope this helps!
