You have to access your D-Link router which is password protected. On most D-Link routers, go to the "Tools" Tab and adjust the Log file settings. You can adjust or turn off this setting as you like. Hope this helps.

What is the cost that I can't receive mails


COST? This is a very vague question. That all depends on the type and severity of the email. If you are unable to receive emails for a long time, something serious is happening and you need to contact your Internet Provider or the e-mail service you are using.

There are several things which could be affecting your email:
  • There's a problem with your email account
    If you're not using it already try accessing your email online and send yourself some test messages. If these all work the issue may be with your email software or device.
  • An issue with your email software or device
    If you can log into your account, but can't send or receive emails, your email server settings may have been changed, so you'll need to check these. See our step-by-step guides on the set-up process, which includes incoming & outgoing server settings.
  • A large email is being sent
    Large email attachments can cause your mailbox to lock, but it will unlock itself within 20 minutes. If the problem keeps happening, try deleting any emails over 3MB.
  • Your email account is full
    Log in to your online email access. Then try deleting any emails you don't need - particularly those with large attachments.

    If you use a mail client (eg Outlook) and find that the mailbox on the server fills up, the client can be set to stop a copy of emails being left on the server, or reducing the amount of time they are stored. To do this in Outlook 2007 or 2010:

    1. In the Tools menu (or File tab in 2010), click Account Settings.
    2. Under Name, select the POP3 e-mail account that you want to change, and then click Change.
    3. Click More Settings.
    4. Click the Advanced tab, and then under Delivery, remove the tick from the Leave a copy of messages on the server check box.
    5. Incoming emails are being identified as spam

Something important to keep in mind when recovering a BlackBerry ID password is that you will need to use the BlackBerry Browser on your device or a web browser in order to complete the process. This is a result of a security precaution that prevents the password recovery email from being sent to the device. To recover your BlackBerry ID password, use the BlackBerry smartphone browser or a computer to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the BlackBerry ID password recovery page
2. Enter the email address that you used to register your BlackBerry ID and fill out the CAPTCHA characters
3. A confirmation page will appear stating "A request to reset your password has been submitted"

kindly log in through your web mail and firstly backup your mail then reduce the mailbox to bearest minimum in size, refresh and try log in again. if problem persist get in touch to you email host/ISP. hope it help.

Gmail problem


Hi Dear..

You can use the two Gmail account at a same time but for that you can Configure your primary Gmail account, follow the mention below instruction.

  • First, log in to your gmail account, and go to mail settings.
  • Then select accounts and import
  • Click Add another email address you own
  • Enter information about your other email address, and click next step
  • Click on send verification
Now log in to mailbox that you want to add, because you will get verification letter
  • Open verification letter. And you see that there are two ways to verify email combine process. The more easier way is just to click comfirmation link
  • You will see message that comfirmation was succesful
  • Now log in to your main mailbox. Go to mail settings> accounts and import. And you can change some settings by your self right now

    If you have a web interface to your mailbox available, log into your mailbox
    on the server and see if you actually received the message multiple times.
    If you get multiple copies in the mailbox, then Outlook is correct to
    download multiple copies and the problem lies with the sender, not with you.

    If, however, there's only a single copy on the server, but Outlook continues
    to download it, then there are several ways to address the issue.
