Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I program a button to turn on headset mode? I tried the following instructions but they didn't work... "My new TDA is still in the box, but try PROGRAM 511 STORE and then pick a button...

67 is for Bluetooth, which I doubt that you have. Try PROGRAM 61 Enter 1 Enter for on and 61 enter 0 enter for off.

Check your OM for specific instructions on assigning a button.

The store demo mode is stuck on my insignia tv. the user guide says go to menu and then setup and select plug & play. however the plug and play option is grey and it wont let me select it.

Are you using an HDMI cable? Go to input and select TV. Then you should be able to access the Plug & Play option and be able to turn off the Demo Mode.
