Lens won't open

-   This camera worked great. Took beautiful pictures and everything. I just had a baby a month ago and when a camera is most needed it decided to stop working the week after his birth. I have to turn the camera off and on for about an hour just to get the lens to come out and open other wise it just shuts off on me, and once I do get the lens out I only have so long before it decides to just turn off for not reason. I have checked the batteries, made sure nothing was stuck in the lens area to keep it from coming out and everything, nothing has worked yet, needless to say I have a new camera on its way.-   MrsKnutson07
