Below iis how you can connect pioneer AVH-P5750 properly..
How to Install a pioneer AVH-P5750
The pioneer AVH-P5750 DVD is an in-dash aftermarket car stereo featuring a CD/DVD player, touch screen, 6.5-inch display and an iPod connection. The screen enables car owners to watch DVD movies in their car when parked. The connection of the wiring during installation is crucial to ensure that the unit works correctly with all of the car appliances and controls, such as the parking brake and mobile phone.
things you'll need:
* Adjustable wrench
* Face plate adapter
* Wire harness adapter
Disconnect the negative battery terminal of the car battery, using an adjustable wrench.
Prepare the dashboard housing of the car. Slide the radio installation sleeve provided with the AVH-P5750 DVD into the dashboard housing. Bend the tabs on the sleeve to secure it in place. Attach any necessary installation kits for the vehicle.
Connect the wire harness. This contains the power connection and the wires enabling the stereo to work with the car functions, such as reverse indicator, parking break and mobile phone connection. Ensure these connections are wired into the car's harness. Connect the wire harness to the wire harness adapter. Push the connections together until they click into place. Connect the other end of the wire harness adapter to the wire harness of the stereo. Plug in the black radio antenna cable to the radio antenna port on the rear-right side of the stereo (Some cars, such as those by General Motors, require an antenna adapter).
Slide the stereo into the dashboard housing until it clicks into the installation sleeve. Reconnect the car battery. Turn on the stereo to test the installation. Make sure that the DVD screen works only in park mode, and check the other features of the stereo.
