Question about Cell Phones
I think it's mostly due to the following: phone is off, lose of connection, bad reception area, network is down. But if none of these are going with your phone then try this. Go to your phone settings> phone or network (depending on menu) and disable 'call forwarding'. It may be set to go to your vm automatically with no delay (0 seconds waiting time).
