No. You might need to download the latest Blackberry desktop, do a full back up of everything. Then perform a master reset on the phone. If that doesn't fix the problem. There are only 2 other things I can think of to cause it.
1. The charger/USB port might be damaged
2. The phone may have a hardware defect in it
