What type of phone is it? Typically all cell phones have a manufacturer defaults reset button. But things can happen when you are charging your phone and using it if there is a power surge, etc. I recommend not using your phone while charging it. I would try to find the button, (sometimes is appears as a hole that you use the end of a paper clip or similar to depress the button inside). You will lose all your programming, but it may reset your screen. If that does not work be prepared to get a new phone. Sorry! Not fun. If this helps you please rate this response in Thanks!

Uniden cordless phone not working

Yr battery is probably Shot. With these type of batteries they can fall over if they go below 25% charge for a length of time. The charger is not charging even though it says it is. If the phone is not to old then get a new battery and try again. cheers

Phone tells me text memory is full but I have deleted all text messsages but still get the message

First make sure ALL text msgs are deleted-incoming and outgoing. Then reboot(refresh) your phone by turning it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If this doesnt work, try removing the battery for 30 seconds, replace your battery and try again. This should solve your problem. If not, contact your phone servive provider and explain the problem to them.

Dropped my phone and it wont turn on.

Your Phone is physically damaged.

Most likely, the mainboard is cracked, not to mention other components may be as well.

What you need to do is to call your service provider and order a new one.
If there is no evidence of "Physical Damage", then it is defective and they will replace it free of charge (they may charge you shipping), as long as it's still under warrantee/you have device insurance through your service provider (usually about $5 per mo.).

Or, if they (your service provider) will not replace it, they may offer you a credit toward another phone/device.

If it is "physically damaged" You will have to buy a new phone most likely.

Hi, I own an LG Shine through AT&T. My problem is: When I text message someone, It says that it was sent, but I'll talk to my friend's later and they never got the message I sent them. It gets me and...

It sounds like the AT&T servers are jamming up from too much bandwidth at once. When this happens the text that got stuck blocks all the others. Ask the so called techie through your support number to delete your previous outgoing texts from your account or do a rebuild on your account if they can. That should clear up the buggered up one and open up your account to send texts again. Highly unlikely it's your phone. The only thing that it may be is your sim card lost connectivity from loss of static charge or bumps. Pull it out, lick your finger and wipe the contacts with it then use an pink eraser to clean off the contacts. This isn't a joke it actually helps regain a static charge. The physics are similar to holding one end of a fluorescent tube light and stick it to a door knob in the dark.

This happens for a few reasons. Check your outbox and see that it doesnt say "sending". if so ..cancel it. Then turn phone off and 'remove battery and sim card'...thats very important..Dont just turn phone off, battery MUST be removed for at least 10 seconds. Hope this helps.
