This might not be your laptop it might give you a guide into the cmos battery
The CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) battery saves basic settings on your computer. If the date and time function on your Acer notebook isn't working, chances are your CMOS battery needs to be replaced. Separate from your laptop's main battery, the CMOS battery is about the and shape of a coin and is located inside of your computer. Changing the battery yourself isn't the simplest task that relates to your Acer, but it isn't terribly difficult either. Here's how.

Open the notebook screen until you can easily access the keyboard. Locate the plastic bar that borders the top of the keyboard. Insert the flat head screwdriver at one end of the bar and gently pry it up until you can grip the edge with your fingers. Pry the other side of the bar up with the screwdriver and pull out the entire bar, being careful to mind the ribbon cord that connects the keyboard to the computer. Remove the two screws on either side of the keyboard that secure it to the computer. Slide the keyboard up and place it to the side. Remove the four screws on the exposed metal plate that covers the motherboard and remove it. You should now see the CMOS battery in the bottom-right-hand corner of the motherboard. Remove the battery by gently pulling it up and off the motherboard. Replace it with the same model battery (available at any computer store or online). I have a Schwinn Bike Trailer/Jogging Stroller.... I think it is the Trailblazer. Problem is I can't find all the parts to it. (Garage was cleaned out last year) Does anyone know how to find a model...

The model number for the trailblazer is 13-SC770. Mine has a sticker on the tow bar w/the model # written on it...not sure if they all have that. I bought mine used and it didn't have the stroller attachments, but I was able to order them at Pacific Cycle (800-242-6110). Good luck!

Stuck throttle, wont turn...Frozen ? been siting 1992 350 DR

Disconnect your throttle cables from your carb. See if you can manually move the drum on the right hand side of the carb. If it moves freely and springs back, the carb is good. Twist the grip and see what happens. Pull the two screws out of the casing that mounts to your handle bars and disconnect your cables. try twisting the grip. If the grip is good then VIOLA! You have isolated the problem. I recommend bathing the cables in WD-40. I have a 92 DR as well and that definitely made a difference for me. At this point it wouldn't hurt to remove your twist grip and clean it all out. You are at that point anyhow, may as well make it worth the mother of disassembling it all. Good luck!

What's the best way to change handle grips on a 1972 honda ct90

assuming you have bought yourself a pair of rubber grips, with a sharp knife cut through the grip to remove it clean away any old glue, replenish glue onto grip and handle bar and simply push back on to handle bar quickly clean away any unwanted glue, remember to check you new grips for internal diamiter these will be different sizes, with smallest bore grip going on the left handlebar, and the larger on the throttle twist grip, if you have bought honda original parts then the twistgrip side may be a complete unit , in which case you would need to undo the 2 screws that hold the rhand switch gear together, and twist the grip in the opposit direction to what you would do when you ride it to remove it from the bendix throttle system, replace in opposite manner using a small amount of grease inside the metal sleve,

How to change foam on handles

See if you can unscrew the handle bar first.
Then search for replacement foam online, maybe on ebay or bugaboo website.
And when you have bought the replacement foam grips, you can take a look here to see how to attach them yourself.

html Bike grips and stroller handles work the same way.
I just used this post on e-how to replace my maclaren triumph foam handles.
Works like a charm - and it's sooo easy!! :)

I cannot collapse my Babystyle Twister Xts Stroller pushchair

Hi,

If my memory is correct, you need to grip the levers either side of the hood (these are on the lower part of the handle bar and sometimes are a little hidden by the hood fabric) and then lower the handle bar toward to the floor, this should fold the pushchair down. Some models in certain countries had a secdary lock located about half way down the chassis on the left hand side that needs to be opened also.
Hope that helps.

The housing of my brakes on the handle bars is loose and keeps moving. how do i tighten it so that it stops moving when i apply pressure on it and/or squeeze the brake lever??

If the screw is all the way tight and still slipping ... try to find a fatter part of the handle bar to mount the grip to. You will probably will not find any such that is convenient for you to continue to use the brake ... remove the grip, wrap some electrical tape around the handle bar, reattach the grip. Tighten it and give it a try.

I hope this works for you
